As the travel in India resumes and as we gear up to work and live in this new normal with Corona, here are a few points to stay safe while you travel.
Purchase items through online/digital transaction as much as possible.
Protect your elder and young family members from outside exposure
Disinfect any place/object shared by multiple people every day.
Cover your face with a mask, even if you don’t have any symptoms.
Try and assess the behavior and breathing of people around you. Same goes for yourself. If you find any change in.

It is so far established that Covid 19 doesn’t spread through animals to humans.
Don’t share seat or sit close to anyone while travelling breathing pattern, please report to a doctor.
Avoid outside meals and don’t share meals and drinks with.
Wash your hands for 20 seconds and use hand sanitizer every hour to disinfect your hands. No Handshake and touching.
Remember to wash thoroughly and wash for 20 seconds before rinsing.
Use the regular toilet soap if you don’t have a liquid based disinfecting solution.
Hand Sanitizers are not a replacement but a complementary aid to hand wash.
Parents and elders above 55 must strictly avoid public contact.
Kids below 10 are also advised to stay indoors at all times
Women carrying at all stages must avoid public contact.
Ensure you avoid any contact with family member when you come back from a public place and ensure you take a shower immediately. Change clothes and face mask each time you come home from outside.

1.Are bus or train services running on my preferred route?
The government is gradually relaxing the lockdown restrictions, imposed due to Covid19. Buses and Trains whose services have resumed are open for booking on the AbhiBus website and Mobile App. Thus, we request you to select your source, destination, and date of journey on AbhiBus website/mobile apps to check the availability of bus and train services on your preferred route.
2. Bus ticket booking, refunds, and cancellations.
As the bus services resume, we request you to enter your source and destination to search for the availability of seats.
However, in case of service cancellations by bus operators due to unanticipated circumstances, the operators will initiate a full refund and inform you about the cancellation through SMS or call. If you made the payment using a credit card, debit card, net banking or mobile wallets like PhonePe, Ola Money Postpaid, Lazy Pay, Freecharge, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, etc, please wait for 2-7 working days for the amount to reflect in your respective Wallet/Credit Card/Bank account. Due to the unexpected circumstances in the lockdown situation, banks/wallets/card companies may take longer to process your refund. If you have received an SMS/email from AbhiBus or Operator regarding your booking cancellation, we advise you to check with your bank for the refund status once the lockdown is cleared.
3. Hotel booking, refunds, and cancellations.
Hospitality services are expected to open soon. Meanwhile, if you have any concerns you can reach out to us at support@abhibus.com. Rest assured we are doing our best to resolve all your queries.
4. Train Booking, refunds, and cancellations.
As the Train services resume, we request you to enter your source and destination to search for the availability of train berths/seats.
In the case of train cancellations by Indian Railways due to unanticipated circumstances or if you were not allowed to board the train, a full refund will be initiated. Extant Indian railways cancellation rules will apply if you cancel the ticket. If you made the payment using a credit card, debit card, net banking or mobile wallets like PhonePe, Ola Money Postpaid, Lazy Pay, Freecharge, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, etc, please wait for 2-7 working days for the amount to reflect in your respective Wallet/Credit Card/Bank account.
