Devotees gearing up for the revered Pournami Girivalam festival in Thiruvannamalai have something to rejoice as the State Express Transport Corporation (SETC) introduces special AC buses for easy and comfortable travel to and from the temple town.
Special AC Buses for Devotees
On August 1 and 2, SETC will operate seater cum sleeper AC buses and seater AC buses, catering to the needs of the pilgrims during the festival.
Schedules
- Buses will depart from Koyambedu to Thiruvannamalai at 3 pm, 4 pm, and 5 pm on August 1.
- On the following day, i.e., August 2, special buses will return from the temple town to Koyambedu at 3 am, 4 am, and 5 am.
