Felt very good, just booked the ticket from the app and the gsrtc conductor gave very good suggestions but due to the absence of bus number in the ticket, I had to inquire a little, if the bus number was there in the ticket, it would have been very good and easy. Thank you for the app.

It was a great trip from Delhi to Jaipur, genuinely the conductor was too good. He cares a lot for the passengers, very active in every work that is responsible for him and yes but not the list. The Driver also drove theBus so well he used to carry each and every speed so well. Yes it was a very much great journey.❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

By mistake yesterday I had booked ticket for yesterday's journey for my son instead of booking on 14th August and i couldn't cancel it due to booking made prior to 4.30hrs journey time ,I had called customer care and they asked me to book for 14th and they will refund, had written email to support team with new booking details and I got full refund .
