This privacy policy applies to our practices in connection with the Alexa voice skill, i.e. 'skill' or 'Alexa skill' and Protecting your private information. This Privacy Policy describes the treatment of information collected and posted on the Alexa skill. By using and accepting you are consenting to the practices described in this Privacy Notice (as defined hereinafter). This document describes the privacy policy ("Privacy Notice") of Le Travenues Technology Ltd ("AbhiBus" or "we" or "us" or "our" or "Company") for Alexa Skill and is designed to explain users or registered users ("you" or "your" or "yourself" or "user") what data/information we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it. Your use of and access to the Alexa Skill and the services provided through our product & Services are inter alia subject to this Privacy Notice and our Terms and Conditions. Any capitalized term used but not defined in this Privacy Notice shall have the meaning attributed to it in our Terms and Conditions.

AbhiBus fully respects your right to privacy and would like to safeguard the information you provide to the Company and will not use or collect any personal information on this Alexa skill without your permission. Any Personal information which you voluntarily submit/provide to the Company will be treated with the highest standard of security and confidentiality and shall be used strictly for the purposes of the services provided by the Company and Alexa skill only. By using the Alexa skill, you consent to the data practices described in this Privacy Notice.

This Privacy Notice is applicable all persons including persons/entities who purchase, intend to purchase, or inquire about any product(s) or service(s) made available by AbhiBus through the Alexa Skill and Other Interfaces (collectively "Services"). If you disagree with any of the provisions of this Privacy Notice, then please do not (i) use or access the Alexa skill or other Interfaces or (ii) avail any of the Services.

By using the Alexa skill you signify your agreement to the terms of this Privacy Policy and the AbhiBus reserves the right, in its sole discretion to change, modify, add and/or delete portions of the terms of this Privacy Policy at any time with immediate effect of such change. By using or accessing the Alexa Skills or Other Interfaces, the User hereby agrees with the Privacy Policy in its entirety and the contents herein.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of third parties that AbhiBus does not own, control, or manage including but not limited to any third-party websites, services, applications, or businesses ("Third Party Services"). AbhiBus does not take responsibility for the content or privacy policies of those Third-Party Services. AbhiBus Technologies encourages You to carefully review the privacy policies of all Third-Party Services You access.

INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE AND WE COLLECT

  1. The information we learn from Alexa users helps us personalize and continually improve your experience to our services to you. We use your information to provide services to you and to assist you in using Alexa Skills, bus tickets Information, hotel Information, finding details of the available travel options via bus, and payments option available in consideration of availing services etc., through our Alexa Skill subject inter alia to the provisions of the Terms and Conditions. We use your information inter alia to (i) communicate with you in connection with your information requirements, (ii) update our records, (iii) to conduct research or analytical and statistical studies on various aspects including user behavior, user preferences etc. and (iv) to generally maintain your accounts with us. We also use this information to improve our Alexa Skills, prevent or detect fraud or abuses and enable third parties to carry out technical, logistical or other functions on our behalf.

INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE TO US AND ITS USE AND SHARING

  1. We receive and store any information and use wherever is appropriate for developing our Alexa Skills, the Company may also use the information for internal research on the Company's user demographics, interests and behavior, for providing you with the latest news, information, updates, where the Company thinks you may be interested in its Alexa services and/or services of some of the Company's affiliates or third parties. In general, you can use Alexa Skills without telling us who you are or revealing any personal information about you. Once you give us your personal information, you are not anonymous to us.
  2. We collect personally identifiable information (email address, other addresses, name, phone number, gender, travel preferences, travel plan, accommodation details, hotel bookings/preferences, telephone (mobile or otherwise) and/or fax numbers. etc.) from you when you register and create an account with us, and that you provide to us from time to time. The information may also include information such as your banking details (including credit/debit card) and any other information relating to your income and/or lifestyle; billing information, payment history etc. (as shared by you).
  3. Further, we may collect certain other information, including (without limitation) the following information, while you access Alexa Skill and/or any service made available by AbhiBus:
    1. data either created by you or by a third party and which you wish to store on our servers such as image files, documents etc.
    2. transactional history (other than banking details) about your e-commerce activities, buying behavior;
    3. usernames, passwords, email addresses and other security-related information used by you in relation to the Alexa Services and other Services
    4. data available in public domain or received from any third party including social media networks, including but not limited to personal or non-personal information from your linked social media networks as a part of your account information; and
    5. information pertaining persons(s)/traveler(s) for whom booking are made through the Alexa Skills, Website and Other Interfaces.
  4. Such information collected by us may include information considered to be 'sensitive personal information' of the Alexa user under the Information Technology (Reasonable security practices and procedures and sensitive personal data or information) Rules, 2011 ("SPI Rules"). Such 'sensitive personal information' generally includes user's information relating to password, financial information such as bank account or credit card or debit card or other payment instrument details, physical, physiological and mental health condition, sexual orientation, medical records and history, and biometric information. Further, the SPI Rules require your express consent to collect, store and use such personally identifiable information collected by us. You hereby consent to such use, collection, storage and disclosure of 'sensitive personal information' by us in accordance with this Privacy Notice as required under applicable law.
  5. Wherever possible, we indicate the fields which are required and the fields which are optional. You always have the option to not provide information by choosing not to use a particular service or feature. You always have the option to withdraw your consent, upon which we have the option not to provide services for which the consent was sought.
  6. The information presented by Alexa User enable us to complete your requirements expeditiously. Further, we may use your 'sensitive personal information' to provide seamless and convenient services and such uses will include (without limitation) (i) confirmation of Services/bookings behavior and respective service providers, (ii) informing of the transaction status, (iii) communicating booking confirmations either via electronic means or other messaging service, (iv) communicating any updates or changes to your booking(s), (v) enabling customer service team to contact you, if necessary, (vi) request for reviews of the Services or any other improvements; (vii) validating/authenticating your account and to prevent any misuse or abuse and (viii) contact you to offer offers. We may also share certain information to our corporate affiliates or business partners who may contact the customers to offer certain products or services, which may include free or paid products / services (like travel insurance, discount coupons, entertainment services), which will enable the customer to have better travel experience or to avail certain benefits specially made for Alexa Users. AbhiBus do not authorize the end service provider to use your information for any other purpose(s) except as may be for fulfilling their part of service. Nevertheless, the information shared with such service providers/suppliers is beyond the purview and control of AbhiBus, and hence we are not accountable for any unauthorized use of such information by any service provider/supplier. You are therefore advised to review the privacy policies of the respective service provider or supplier whose services you choose to avail. You can decide not to participate in the promotion if you do not want your data to be shared. Promotions that run on the Alexa skill may be sponsored by companies other than the Company or may be co-sponsored by another company. Some or all data collected during a promotion may be shared with the sponsor.
  7. We may share Alexa user information with entities that control, are controlled by or are under the common control with AbhiBus and that are either subject to this Privacy Notice or follow practices at least as protective as those described in this Privacy Notice. Further, we may share user information with our affiliates or associate entities. If the assets and/or business of AbhiBus are acquired, our customer information may also be transferred to the acquirer depending upon the nature of such acquisition. In addition, as part of business expansion/development/restructuring or for any other reason whatsoever, if we decide to sell/transfer/assign our business, any part thereof, any of our subsidiaries or any business units, then as part of such restructuring exercise customer information including the personal information collected herein shall be transferred accordingly.
  8. We use non-identifiable information in aggregate or anonymized form to build higher quality, more useful online services by performing statistical analysis of the collective characteristics and behavior of our Alexa customers.
  9. We receive and store certain types of information whenever you interact with us. We may also receive/store information about your location and your mobile device, including a unique identifier for your device. We may use this information for internal analysis and to provide you with location-based services, such as search results and other personalized content. We may use this information to do internal research on our users' demographics, interests, and behavior to better understand, protect and serve you. This information is compiled and analyzed on an aggregated basis.
  10. Whenever we transfer personal information to countries outside India in the course of sharing information as set out above, we will ensure that the information is transferred in accordance with this Privacy Notice and as permitted by the applicable laws including but not limited to Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules framed thereunder.

MODIFY YOUR PRIVACY PREFERENCES

  1. As mentioned above, you can choose not to provide information, even though it might be needed to make proper use of the Services or to take advantage of some of the features offered through the Alexa Skills.
  2. You can add or update certain information while using Alexa Skills. When you update information, we usually keep a copy of the previous version for our records.
  3. If you do not want to receive e-mail or other mail from us, you will be free to adjust your preferences to reflect the same. However, even in case you do not want to receive Conditions of Use and other legal notices from us, such as this Privacy Notice, all those notices will still govern your use of Alexa Skills and requests placed with us, and it is your responsibility to review them for changes.

MODIFY YOUR PRIVACY PREFERENCES

  1. Alexa Skills has stringent security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control. Whenever you change or access your account information, we offer the use of a secure server. Once your information is in our possession, we adhere to strict security guidelines, protecting it against unauthorized access.
  2. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards in connection with the collection, storage and disclosure of personal information (including sensitive personal information). Our security procedures mean that we may occasionally request proof of identity before we disclose personal information to you.
  3. Unfortunately, no data transmissions over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your personal information, the Company cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to the Company via the internet, and you do so at your own risk. Once the Company has received your transmission, the Company will use its reasonable endeavor to ensure its safety & security on the Company's systems. Nothing contained in this policy is intended to create a contract or agreement between the Company and any user providing identifiable information in any form.

  1. A 'cookie' is a small piece of information stored by a web server on a web browser so it can be later read back from that browser. Cookies are useful for enabling the browser to remember information specific to a given Alexa user.
  2. We use data collection devices such as 'cookies' on certain pages of the Website to help analyse our web page flow, measure promotional effectiveness, and promote trust and safety. PERSONS WHO ARE ELIGIBLE TO USE THE WEBSITE

  1. Use of the Alexa Skill is available only to persons who can form a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. If you are a minor, i.e., under the age of 18 years, or do not have the capacity to enter into legally binding contract, you may use Alexa Skill only with the involvement of a parent, guardian or a duly Authorised person.

COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS:

  1. We release account and other personal information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce or apply our Terms and Conditions and other agreements, or protect the rights, property or safety of Alexa Users or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies, organizations, government or regulatory authorities for fraud protection and credit risk reduction.
  2. In addition to the circumstances described above, AbhiBus may disclose information if required to do so by law, required by any enforcement authority for investigation, required by court order or in reference to any legal process and regulatory, required for internal compliance and audit exercise or required for protecting the rights and business of AbhiBus.
  3. The Company will also disclose any information about you to the government and law enforcement agencies or private parties without your permission as the Company, in its sole discretion, believes it to be necessary or appropriate to respond to valid claims and legal processes, to protect the property and rights of the Alexa skill or a third party, to protect the safety of the public or any person, or to prevent or stop any illegal, unethical or legally actionable activity. The Company may also provide your information to various tax authorities upon any demand or request from them.
  4. We will take all necessary steps to comply with this Privacy Policy; however, to the extent permitted by law, nothing in this policy is intended to hold the Company liable for any failure to comply with this Privacy Policy.

  1. Our business operations and our business is bound to change constantly, and so our Privacy Notice and the Conditions of Use will change also. We may e-mail periodic reminders of our notices and conditions, unless you have instructed us not to, but you should check our Website frequently to see recent changes.
  2. Unless stated otherwise, our current Privacy Notice applies to all information that we have about you and your account. By using or continuing to use the Alexa Skill you agree to our use of your information (including sensitive personal information) in accordance with this Privacy Notice, as may be amended from time to time by AbhiBus at its sole discretion. You also agree and consent to us collecting, storing, processing, transferring and sharing information (including sensitive personal information) related to you with third parties or service providers for the purposes as set out in this Privacy Notice.

BY USING THE ALEXA SKILLS OR BY OTHERWISE GIVING US YOUR INFORMATION, YOU WILL BE DEEMED TO HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD AND AGREED TO THE PRACTICES AND POLICIES OUTLINED IN THIS PRIVACY NOTICE AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE PRIVACY NOTICE. YOU HEREBY CONSENT TO OUR COLLECTION, USE AND SHARING, DISCLOSURE OF YOUR INFORMATION AS DESCRIBED IN THIS PRIVACY NOTICE. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CHANGE, MODIFY, ADD OR DELETE PORTIONS OF THE TERMS OF THIS PRIVACY NOTICE, AT OUR SOLE DISCRETION, AT ANY TIME. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THIS PRIVACY NOTICE AT ANY TIME, DO NOT ACCESS OR USE ANY OF THE ALEXA SKILL OR GIVE US ANY OF YOUR INFORMATION.
