These Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) govern participation in the Abhibus Winter Bus Sale (“Campaign”) organized by Le Travenues Technology Limited (“Abhibus”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By participating, each user (“Participant”, “User”, or “you”) agrees to be bound by these T&Cs.

1. Offer Details

• Use the designated coupon code while booking a bus ticket on Abhibus to enter the Campaign.
• The coupon code can be used up to ten (10) times per user account during the offer period.
• No minimum booking amount is required.
• Offer valid only on Private Bus bookings and select State Road Transport Corporations (SRTCs) listed on Abhibus.
• This Campaign cannot be combined with any other ongoing offer, promotion, or coupon.

2. Prizes

• Grand Prize: One (1) winner during the offer period will receive a Mahindra Scorpio N.
• Monthly Prize: One (1) winner each month will receive an Apple iPhone 17 Pro.
• Weekly Prizes:
• One (1) winner each week will receive a Sony PlayStation 5 (PS5).
• One (1) winner each week will receive a 1-gram gold coin.
• Daily Prizes:
• One (1) winner each day will receive an ixigo flight voucher worth ₹5,000.
• One (1) winner each day will receive an ixigo hotels voucher worth ₹5,000.
• All prizes are subject to availability and may be substituted with an equivalent product or voucher of similar value at Abhibus’ discretion.

3. Winner Selection

• Each successful bus booking made using the coupon code constitutes one valid entry for that day.
• Winners will be chosen through a computerized random selection process from eligible entries.
• Selection will be audited and documented to ensure transparency.
• Winners will be contacted via phone call, WhatsApp, or email on the contact details registered with Abhibus.
• If a selected winner cannot be reached or fails to respond within 12 hours, Abhibus reserves the right to select another eligible participant.

4. Eligibility

• Open to residents of India aged 18 years or above with a valid Abhibus account.
• Users booking travel to or from states where such promotional contests are restricted or prohibited are not eligible.
• Employees of Le Travenues Technology Limited, its subsidiaries, affiliates, agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible.

5. Taxes and Compliance

• All applicable taxes, including TDS under Section 194B of the Income Tax Act, shall be borne by the Company.
• Winners must submit valid PAN and ID proof for validation.
• Abhibus reserves the right to deduct or recover any applicable charges, and all other expenses related to the prize shall be borne by the winner.

6. Data Privacy & Publicity Consent

• By participating, users consent to Abhibus collecting, using, and processing their personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
• Winners agree that Abhibus may use their name, city, photograph, video, and likeness for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further consent or compensation.
• Participation does not grant any ownership rights over such promotional materials.

7. General Terms

• Prizes and discounts are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.
• Abhibus reserves the right to verify the identity and eligibility of any participant or winner.
• Abhibus may suspend, modify, or terminate the Campaign at any time without prior notice or liability.
• Any attempt to manipulate the Campaign (including fraudulent transactions or multiple accounts) will result in disqualification.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Abhibus shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, delay, or expense arising out of participation in this Campaign or use of any prize.
• Abhibus shall not be responsible for technical issues, server errors, or network failures affecting participation or communication.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

• This Campaign shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
• Any disputes or claims shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts at Hyderabad, Telangana.
